The Boston Chapter of Golfers Against Cancer held its first dinner for cancer research in 2006. The dinner, hosted by Bob Howe, Chairman of ADS Financial Services Solutions and Lee Kennedy, Chairman of Lee Kennedy Company, has proven to be a very successful and worthwhile event. Since 2006, the chapter has raised over $600,000 to benefit breast cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center.

Bob Howe, Chairman, ADS Financial Services Solutions
Mr. Howe is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADS Financial Services Solutions, a professional services consulting firm specializing in project management to the financial services industry.
Mr. Howe has a BS degree in finance from Boston College and served in the US Marine Corps as an infantry officer from 1968 thru 1971. Mr. Howe received the Bronze Star medal for his service in Vietnam in 1969. From 1972 to 1980, Mr. Howe served in a number of senior marketing and operations position at Savings Management Computer Corporation, an on-line service bureau in Boston Ma. In 1980, he co-founded Atlantic Data Services Inc (www.adsfs.com) and served as President and CEO until 2004 when he became Chairman. Mr. Howe has extensive experience working with venture capital firms, accounting firms and investment bankers. In 1998, Mr. Howe took ADS public and in 2004 he led the management group that successfully took ADS private.
Mr. Howe is a member of the Board of Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH) an off-shore IT services firm with over $2 billion in revenue. Mr. Howe also serves on the Boards of Lee Kennedy Company and Darling Consulting Group. Mr. Howe is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston College High School, a co-founder of the Boston Chapter of Golfers Against Cancer, a charity which targets dollars for cancer research and a member of the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center Advisory Board.

Lee Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy is founder and chairman of Lee Kennedy Company, a full service construction firm servicing the academic/institutional, commercial, healthcare/sciences, and corporate markets.
Mr. Kennedy is a veteran of the US Marine Corps and began his career in the building industry as an architectural draftsman while attending the Boston Architectural Center. Lee worked in the construction industry for several years before forming Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. in 1978.
Mr. Kennedy is a member of the board of directors of ADS Financial Services Solutions, Francis Ouimet Scholarship fund, Poseidon LLC, Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, founder and Director for Woodtech Systems LLC and former Chairman, Development Committee for the Franciscan Children’s Hospital. Lee is also active in many non-profit service agencies providing pro bono services as well as his expertise.
